Sake from Chiba Prefecture recommended by the liquor store I usually go to
OCEAN99 Series
The moment I drank it, I knew I had to repeat! The acidity is exquisite! The taste is great!
It doesn't have a citrusy aroma and taste, but it is very fruity!
It has a nice smooth taste and is very tasty!
And what I found amazing is that the taste of the sake does not change even after eating fried chicken cutlets and drinking it....
I use the Aobizen (left side) that I bought this New Year's and my wife uses the boar cup on the right.
My wife uses the right side boar cup, which I call Mashikon (Mashiko ware), and we both drink it while repeatedly saying how delicious it is!
We enjoy drinking with our favorite things.
