I bought this to use as a hot sake.
I thought it would be better served hot, and in a very high temperature range, rather than cold, and I didn't like the acidity of lukewarm sake.
I only drank it on its own, so I wondered if it would be a good sake if I paired it with something else.
In the cold state... I got the impression that there were no features and the taste and aroma were thin.
It was not so good after a few days of drinking.
Recently, I've felt that a mellow, rice-flavored sake would be better with hot sake.
I think I've finally figured out that yeast No. 6 is not good for heating up...
