From my hometown in Chiba prefecture... Narumi 🌊✨
Although...I honestly didn't know about it, so it's my first time drinking 😅.
When I was still young, I had no knowledge of alcohol 🍶, so it's no wonder 😭.
I looked it up and it seems to be a local sake 🍶 from Katsuura in the outer bosu area of Chiba prefecture 🙂↕️
Well, I'm sorry for the long preamble, but now it's time to open the bottle: ‼️
There is a warning ⚠️ so open it carefully 🤣.
I had no problem opening the bottle...so let's smell it first 🤤🤤....
I'm not sure what to expect.... It's like a green apple with a little habit 😅.
I took a sip of the top clear liquid first....
It has a nice juiciness... but still a little habitual sourness + a little bit of a tangy taste🤔.
Personally I found it a bit subtle... so I stirred it and went for the second sip 😆.
I found that stirring it increased the flavor 👍... but it was a bit habitual.
I'm not that crazy about the aroma 😭....
I'll drink half of it and hope to taste the rest tomorrow ‼️
Day 2: 🗒️
The habitual aroma has lessened... but it's still there a little 😅.
As for the key taste, I'm not sure if it's the astringency in the aftertaste while keeping the juiciness? Bitterness? Bitter taste? I feel like the aftertaste has increased 🤔...
Well... it's good, but if it's the same Chiba Prefecture sake, I prefer Fudo 😓.
