Tonight...I opened a bottle of Aizan, a sake rice diamond from my personal Hall of Fame brand Jikin that got me hooked on Sake 🌾.
It's a good married couple's day 😅.
Well, when I opened the bottle, I knew... what is it... you can tell it's a Jikin... ❗️, this Ginjo aroma ✨.
I wonder what it is...I feel a unique ginjo aroma in the sweetness that is different from other breweries 🤔.
I'm captivated by the taste that doesn't betray my expectations 😅

The smooth taste, fruity sweetness like apple🍎 or peach🍑, non-habitual aftertaste and sharpness✨...I can't get enough 🤤.
I feel like I'm recovering from my daily fatigue ❤️🩹 lol
The depth of sake produced by human hands...I still want people to know more about it‼️
I especially want young people who don't usually drink to know about it (to the extent that they don't become alcoholic 😓)
I used to be able to buy a bottle of sake...it's become a brand I can't easily afford 😭

I hardly feel any change in aroma and taste 🥰.

I was shocked when I drank it for the first time 😳I didn't know there was something so delicious in the world ✨Jikin has a special ginjo aroma when you open it even if it is made from different rice 🌾.
