I had a lot going on today... couldn't resist 😅
I just drank it not too long ago...it was so good I bought a 2nd lot lol 😆.

I drank this about a month ago...but opened it again!
As the description on the back label says, the matured honey-like aroma 🍎 is still very close to the black vinegar apple juice 🍹 as I reposted last time 🤔.
And the great thing about this sake is... it changes its expression into 3 different types: cold sake, warmed sake and mixed sake. ‼️
If you drink it cold, it's a fruity aperitif with the piquancy of a nama sake 🫧.
If you drink it warmed, it will lose some of its piquancy and become more like a mid-meal sake with just the right amount of spiciness.
And to top it off... with heated and chilled sake, you can enjoy the piquancy and the complexity of a medium-bodied sake... this is truly a taste of another dimension 🤤.
And yet, the price is less than 2,000 yen 💴.
It is a gem that allows you to deeply enjoy the difference in taste of sake depending on the temperature change 😊.
Personally, I think the taste of the mix is the best 🤭(4th photo)
