I was working too... but I wanted to splurge a little at home 🤔.

It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Akabu ⚔️ ✨
Corked right away! 🍶.
I opened the bottle with attention to the note ⚠️, and it opened with a nice spontaneous sound 🥰.
The aroma is a modest lemon ❓🤔.
Now then... let's take a sip 😋.
I can feel a hint of the piquancy 🫧 of the sake, while the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing... and the harmony of the acidity and umami that comes from it... yummmmmm 🤤....
Oh, I shouted "Uma (🐎)" even though the year hasn't opened yet... 🤭 lol
It's a little bit oriented, so I'll give it a stir for the second cup 😋.
Slightly more umami ⤴️ but no drastic change. In general, the balance of sweetness and umami was not too assertive and the finish was easy to drink👍.
If I had to describe the taste from the brands I've had so far, I would say this SNOW is "Takachiyo" with low carbonation and "Senkou" with low acidity 🤔.
I'm sure all the users of Sakegawa can imagine the taste: ‼️
The price is a little bit expensive... but it's good for Christmas 🎄... 🎅.
