First time to drink KAZANOMORI. When served cold, it has a strong gaseous taste and a sweet, deliciously bitter and acidic flavor, dry and refreshing. When the carbonation is removed, it has a gentle taste. When warmed to lukewarm, the bitterness and acidity subside and the taste is gentle, but the bitterness returns in the aftertaste. I prefer it cold. The second or third day, the taste becomes milder. Many other people commented that it has a strong sweet/umami taste, but I felt that it also has a strong bitterness.

When served cold, it has a refreshing, fruity, sweet-tart taste, with a sharp acidity and a lingering, elegant, sweet bitterness. When warmed to lukewarm, the sweet-tartness is surprisingly strong, but the balance is not quite right, so I prefer it cold. The price is a little bit higher than the regular Sairai at 2,420 yen (including tax), but the taste is elegant and well balanced.

When served cold, it has a sweet and umami taste without any cloying taste, which is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 90%, and you can feel the sweet and umami taste of dark rice. When served hot, it has a more intense sweet flavor, and tastes like a less sweet sake. It's hard to say which is better, but I prefer it hot. I was going to drink half of it and taste it at a later date, but I ended up drinking it all! It is a wonderful sake with a gentle sweetness and umami of rice.

Hello, SAKE Director! The nigori from Tsuchida was delicious! I recently found out that nigorizake also tastes great hot, so I gave it a try and it was outstanding. Please try it next season.

A sweet aroma reminiscent of fruit, served cold. The mouthfeel is refreshingly acidic with a hint of sweetness, a slight bitterness in the finish, and a refreshing bitter-sweet aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The moderate acidity and subtle bitterness tighten the flavor, making it refreshing and light to drink. It is an elegant sake that does not interfere with any snacks.

Mild umami and a hint of sweetness with a bitter aftertaste when served hiya. Easy-drinking classic sake, good enough for a cup of sake

The first Hirotogawa, mildly sweet and tart with a long sweet aftertaste when served hiya. Lukewarm heating will increase the sweetness and umami, but the taste will become a little blurred. When hot, the acidity increases. The mild taste does not interfere with the flavors of the food it is served with.

When served hiya, it has a soft and gentle mouthfeel and a crisp, refreshing finish. The manufacturer's website recommends drinking it lukewarm (45°C), and when drunk lukewarm, the alcohol content increases, but it has a broad, mellow flavor. If anything, I prefer it hiya.

When served cold, it has a mild sweet and sour taste with a sharp and crisp aftertaste. The taste is mellow, yet sweet and delicious, with a modern flavor that is based on the classics. When warmed to lukewarm, the sweet and tart flavor becomes stronger, but the overall profile remains the same.

When served cold, it is surprisingly sharp after a refreshing sweet-tart acidity. On the second day, it becomes more gentle on the palate and the sweet/tart/acid taste increases. When served lukewarm, the hardness of the flavor is removed and the taste becomes gentler. We prefer it lukewarm because the sweetness derived from the rice becomes stronger.

Busy and tired after the first day of GW...at times like this, I feel like having a relaxing sake! I opened a bottle of the TAYOMO that I always have on hand, and it was delicious, both hot sake and hot sake. The problem is that I tend to drink too much, but I'll do my best again tomorrow!

Good evening baya😊. I know it's hard to keep up with your body after GW because you are so busy. I knew you would like the Tatomo Special Junmai👍. I forgot to buy it when I went back home for GW 😅

When served cold, it has a refreshing sweet umami followed by a sharp, firm bitterness. When served lukewarm, the bitterness weakens and the sweetness becomes the main flavor. Both are delicious, but I prefer it lukewarm. The taste is easy to drink and refreshing, which is hard to believe for a sake with 17% alcohol by volume.

Sweet and umami with a slightly hard image, followed by bitterness and a crisp aftertaste. On the second day, it has a gentle and slightly hard sweet/umami taste, and the aftertaste remains the same. My post of 2021BY5⭐︎ which I drank before says that it became sharp on the second day, but this 2022BY3⭐︎ is more gentle. When warmed to lukewarm, the hardness is softened and the sweet umami taste of the rice can be felt. I compared the first and second day's sips after reading Mr. SAKE Director's post, and it is true that there is a big difference.

When served cold, it has a sweet-tart taste with a hint of acidity and almost no bitterness. When served lukewarm, it has more sweetness and flavor, and a gentler taste. The clerk at the time of purchase told us that the sweetness increases after the second day, so we tried drinking it over three days, and the sweetness increased day by day and the taste became more subdued.

Refreshing aroma, strong acidity followed by sweet umami and a slight bitterness when served cold. When warmed to lukewarm, it has a gentle sweet umami taste with a hint of bitterness. I prefer it cold, and the taste of Hatsu Sanrenboshi is different from the standard taste, but it is a carefully made well-balanced sake with the taste of a good brewery. You can't help but feel the strength of the maker's love for Zeon.

For some reason I couldn't make it to CraftSakeWeek, so instead I went to an izakaya that has sake from all 47 prefectures! I went there instead, and it was totally worth the trip, thanks to my junior for the tip✨. First time to try Okinawan Sake, easy to drink, classic and strong flavor!

When served hiya, it has the traditional sake taste, but with a refreshing sweetness and umami. When served lukewarm, it has a moderate sweet/umami taste and a sake-like flavor that makes it taste more like a classic than a modern sake.

When served cold, it has a refreshing sweet and sour taste with a hint of bitterness. When served lukewarm, the sweet and sour taste increases and it tastes more gorgeous. The base has a hint of bitterness from start to finish, which supports the sweet and sour taste and adds depth to the flavor.
