When served cold, it has a sweet and umami taste without any cloying taste, which is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 90%, and you can feel the sweet and umami taste of dark rice.
When served hot, it has a more intense sweet flavor, and tastes like a less sweet sake.
It's hard to say which is better, but I prefer it hot.
I was going to drink half of it and taste it at a later date, but I ended up drinking it all!
It is a wonderful sake with a gentle sweetness and umami of rice.

Hello, SAKE Director! The nigori from Tsuchida was delicious! I recently found out that nigorizake also tastes great hot, so I gave it a try and it was outstanding. Please try it next season.
