First time to drink KAZANOMORI. When served cold, it has a strong gaseous taste and a sweet, deliciously bitter and acidic flavor, dry and refreshing.
When the carbonation is removed, it has a gentle taste.
When warmed to lukewarm, the bitterness and acidity subside and the taste is gentle, but the bitterness returns in the aftertaste.
I prefer it cold.
The second or third day, the taste becomes milder.
Many other people commented that it has a strong sweet/umami taste, but I felt that it also has a strong bitterness.
