It has a slightly yellowish color with a fine bubbly taste.
The nose has a mildly fruity aroma like yellow peaches.
The mouthfeel has a light, slightly fizzy and fine effervescence, and the taste is clear, juicy, sweet and acidic with a freshness of fine effervescence.
The finish is refreshingly crisp with a tangy, bitter spiciness, while gently lingering with a bitter, beautiful sweetness.
A clear, spring-like taste with strength 🌱.
Toji Hamada said that the fermentation of Hyakuten Manten was progressing well this year, and it was as good as Daiginjo.
