This is the first Kido I've ever had.

I had a very good thing happen yesterday and I wanted to drink something nice to celebrate but I don't need that much - so I went to the liquor store and found this 300ml sake.
The aroma is as expected, the taste has exceeded my expectations.
A sense of maturity? It has just the right amount of depth, and the sweetness and acidity are just right without being too overpowering.
I've never had a sake like this before.
