I had an image that it would be thicker, but it's easy to drink and the flavor is concentrated and delicious.

A journey to find the best sake for the costumers.
The target is around 2500 yen per bottle.
I think Kido Junmai is the best, but I can't find it anywhere near me, so I'm looking for an alternative or even better.
The third day after opening the bottle, it was good.
The day I opened the bottle I thought it might not be to my liking, but since then it has calmed down and I like it, and I am enjoying it.
Above all, the Kuroryu brand adds a touch of elegance.

I think the name gave me too much of a false impression.

I had a very good thing happen yesterday and I wanted to drink something nice to celebrate but I don't need that much - so I went to the liquor store and found this 300ml sake.
The aroma is as expected, the taste has exceeded my expectations.
A sense of maturity? It has just the right amount of depth, and the sweetness and acidity are just right without being too overpowering.
I've never had a sake like this before.

Yamagata's sake is delicious.
I've always wanted to try a Kamikimoto.
It is easy to drink even though it has a moderate alcohol or sake feeling.
I like to drink it at room temperature, a little bit at a time.
I thought I was drinking it in small sips, but it diminished quickly.

I prepared Omachi Yamahai for a BBQ outside today.
I had some problems and ended up drinking it at home.
It's easier to drink than I expected and everything is just right.
I could drink this sake all the time, it's that good.
