🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
The dry mouthfeel has a subtle aroma that is typical of Shinsei.
It is more gassy and less sweet than I expected.
It is stylish and not too assertive, which means it is totally delicious ‼︎.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
Aged aroma and dryness are exquisite.
I drank it chilled at first, but the feeling that it comes in quickly is like a shochu.
When heated up, the assertion of the taste changes drastically.
I think many people like it.
There are so many different kinds of sake in Japan.
But it is very intoxicating.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
I had an image of a dark sake because it was a special dark limited edition, but it was mild and tasty.
It was mild and tasty, though it became quite strong in the latter half of the bottle.
It was not well mixed, but on the other hand, I could enjoy various flavors and never got tired of it.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
It's still delicious.
It has a strong sweetness and a rich aroma, and I am happy to be able to easily drink this sake that is a national standard.
I definitely want to drink this sake at least once a year.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
I went to the brewery to choose the Umikan for New Year's Eve, but I was lured by the word "limited edition" and decided to choose this one.
BY29 is aged for 5 years⁉︎.
I thought it would be super heavyweight⁉︎, but the aroma was mild.
It has a delicate flavor and is delicious.
It has a very strange aroma with a slight acidity.
And it is wonderfully easy to drink.
It is inexpensive and has a great ministry.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
Gorgeous, easy to drink and delicious.
I probably should have made this one for New Year's.
I had an image of Tadasu having a Junmai that had been aged for a little over a year and was delicious, but I like this one too, in a different way.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
This is good.
The aroma comes in a flurry first, and the moderate sourness and bitterness is irresistible.
I want to drink it every day, ah, I should have had a bottle.
Maybe I like Gunma sake.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Very good.
It seems calmer than when I drank it 2 years ago and my impression has changed quite a bit.
I wonder if it wasn't stored very well last time.
I like the aroma, the tenderness, and the balance of acidity and bitterness.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
First of all, I was surprised by the sourness.
I had imagined it to be like Soga, but this is much more like wine.
The sweet aroma reminds me of sake, but thanks to the low alcohol content, it is light and easy to drink.
Personally, I would like to drink it with others while talking about it.
It is too good to drink alone.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
Third in the Aomori series.
The pink label I wanted to try.
First of all, the gorgeous aroma is good.
It is surprisingly calm in the mouth, and this is the kind of sake that will be gone in no time.
Aomori sake is the best.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
This is the second in the Aomori series.
I've always wanted to try Hato Masamune, and it's brewed with apple acid yeast!
I bought a bottle of it because it was fairly inexpensive.
The unique sourness is probably due to the apple yeast, and it is delicious.
The apple aroma spreads even more when it is heated.
I think it goes well with Aomori's specialty, Nakayoshi, if you warm it up.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
I had this on a business trip to Aomori.
I was lucky because it was a new sake that just came in today.
It has a concentrated flavor, a little tangy, and most importantly, it is easy to drink.
Aomori is a wonderful place.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
I had an image of fresh and fruity sake, so I dared to try Hatsuneya with hiyaoroshi.
It has a faint aged aroma, but it is outstandingly easy to drink.
I think it is easy to match with meals.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Second installment of the Nara series.
Last year it was 507, but this year we chose 807.
It is hard to believe that it is 80% polished rice.
The acidity and the schwarziness are moderate, and the rich umami that does not lose out to the bitterness is wonderful.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
Hanaboe shocked me last year.
Yes, yes, this sourness and heaviness.
I might be hooked.
Nara's sake is delicious.
I thought it would go best with yesterday's Kakinoha Sushi, but it might go better with today's Miwa Somen Bitter Goya Chanpuru.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Too good.
I've always wanted to try a Gazanryu, and this is the back.
I've never had this type of sake before.
It tickles my manly heart.
It has a nice aroma, almost no alcohol taste, no habits, and is the ultimate in drinkability.
I want to drink this every day.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
You can have this every day.
Cheap and good sake.
I thought Kido Junmai was the strongest, but this is also good but not easy to buy (T . T). T)
The subtle fruity aroma (this one has a pineapple-like flavor) is like a Tohoku sake.
I think I like it better than Tazake.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
It's as good as ever.
The light taste is followed by a strong and thick taste.
The strong bitterness is also pleasant.
I am happy that I can easily buy it near my office.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
I was looking forward to this restaurant because the owner gave me a stamp of approval that this was good.
This is a delicious ministry.
It has a sense of concentrated flavor, yet it goes down smoothly.
It is an all-rounder sake that goes with everything.
The slight bitterness went really well with bitter melon stir-fry.
