Second installment of the Nara series.
Last year it was 507, but this year we chose 807.
It is hard to believe that it is 80% polished rice.
The acidity and the schwarziness are moderate, and the rich umami that does not lose out to the bitterness is wonderful.

I've always wanted to try a Gazanryu, and this is the back.
I've never had this type of sake before.
It tickles my manly heart.
It has a nice aroma, almost no alcohol taste, no habits, and is the ultimate in drinkability.
I want to drink this every day.

The subtle fruity aroma (this one has a pineapple-like flavor) is like a Tohoku sake.
I think I like it better than Tazake.
