That's so good!
I envy people in Miyagi!
Slightly floral and not too sweet.
It has no quirks and goes down easy.
It's the kind of sake that makes you think you can drink it all the time!
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
I finally drank my first Mimuro Cedar today, a special day!
I have a stuffy nose, but this is amazing!
Not too bright, not too sweet, just the right amount of sourness and bitterness.
The shuwa shuwa matches this just right!
Anyway, it just keeps going!
Good morning, pondock😃.
Congratulations on your first Mimuro Cedar on your special day ㊗️ 🎉I can tell even if your nose is stuffed 😁It's really just a good bottle 🤗
🍶🍶🍶🍶.
I don't recall drinking much dry, unpasteurized sake.
It has the aroma of new sake, but when I drank it, it was tasteless and odorless.
I wonder if it's because I'm drunk.
Warming it up gives it a sake feel.
I'm not a fan of big-boned Kansai sake
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Today is my oldest son's birthday, so I get a sake with the same name.
The gorgeous aroma is very pleasant!
Not too assertive, but you can feel the umami throughout the body.
This is my first time drinking this saké and I'm glad I bought it in a bottle!
Thank you, Saku!
Hi PONDOCK, nice to meet you!
Happy birthday to your eldest son 🎉!
Your child's celebration day is very special, isn't it 🎵.
Saku-sama's new sake is good for such a day ⤴️
Have a nice and sinking sake time 😊.
Thank you.
I usually drink more assertive sake, so this refined gentleness really sinks in.
I feel a connection with this sake because it has the exact same name as my eldest son.
The only problem is that it's so famous that it's hard to find.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
I bought this at a store in front of a sake brewery while visiting Gokayama.
It has a very nice aroma.
It's not sweet, but it has a gorgeous acidity that is the opposite of what you'd expect from a modern sake.
Slight bitterness and crispness that goes well with any meal!
It is easy to drink, but the high alcohol content makes it easy to get drunk.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
Fresh aroma of new sake right after opening the bottle.
It has a strong sweetness, but it is easy to drink and delicious!
The gap between the rugged label and the sake is nice.
The label gives the impression of having been aged.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
I like the label, so I just pick it up.
It's not flashy, but it's delicious!
The aroma is not strong, but when you put it in your mouth, a fresh aroma of umami spreads out.
The slight sweetness and acidity are well balanced with a tangy sensation.
It seems to be low in alcohol, but at 14 degrees Celsius, it may be intoxicating!
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
This is delicious ‼︎
It has a fluffy aroma that is gorgeous and seems sweet but isn't.
It has a dry but rich mouthfeel.
The slight effervescence is pleasant and the bitterness is just right.
It goes well with everything.
I personally prefer it not to be too cold.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
I kept missing the chance to drink sake.
I found it at a bar that opened in the morning while I was in Nagoya.
If it says "rare" on the menu, I had no choice but to drink it.
It has a richness that is different from that of sake from the Kansai region.
It is dry and easy to drink, and I got drunk in the morning.
It is delicious.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
It has a fruity aroma.
It's a tasty pineapple-leaning flavor.
It seems like it would be more popular, but I haven't seen much of it in Tokushima either.
I personally like this unique sake.
If I see it, I will buy it immediately.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
This is my favorite type of sake with a nice aroma.
I had an image that it was easy to drink, but I like it because it has a good balance of being slippery and moderately drinkable.
I would like to make this a regular sake, but it is a pity that it is not often seen in this unexplored region of the Kansai region.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Well, it's easy to drink.
Today is a special day, so I get a sake named after my son.
It is a mild and refreshing sake.
Sake that is mellow and refreshing, but maybe "refreshing" is not the right word.
The sweetness is a little strong.
It comes in without resistance, so you will probably get drunk.
It is as expected.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
It has a pleasant fresh schwash and a refreshing bitterness.
Maybe because it is not very sweet, it goes in easily even though the flavor of the sake is assertive.
I enjoyed it with canned mackerel.
It is a very well-balanced sake.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Lightly delicious ‼︎
First time, Koei Kiku.
It has a tangy freshness and a mellow aroma, yet it's deliciously sweet and tart.
It's right in the middle of deliciousness.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
Nice aroma right after opening the bottle.
This may not be what I expected.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a nice tangy stimulation, and it comes in easily with almost no sweetness.
However, the lingering aftertaste is long, probably due to the richness of the umami, rather than being a clean, crisp finish.
It tastes even better with grilled horse mackerel.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Yum!!! This is a very gentle sake.
The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and fizziness are just right, and it's easy to drink.
It doesn't look like Ishikawa, but it is!
It's not too assertive, but it's assertive!
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
This is exquisite and delicious ‼︎
First, the pineapple-like aroma hits you with a whiff.
The sweetness, acidity, and tanginess are exquisite, and the refreshing aftertaste makes this a dangerous sake to drink.
The label is stylish, and this is my favorite type of sake to enjoy both in appearance and taste.
We received the best sake for a special occasion.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
This is easy to drink and delicious: ‼︎
The aroma and mouthfeel are pineapple-like, but the sweetness is strong and the acidity is not so strong.
The sweetness that doesn't linger is very good.
It has no unpleasant taste and comes in easily, so be careful not to drink too much.
🍶🍶🍶🍶
My first impression was that it was surprisingly refreshing, but as I continued to drink it, I could feel its depth.
As usual, it is not Shiga-like, and the new label is nice.
It's not flashy, but it's good and tasty.
I don't know what the "for SS" is, but I wish I had kept it for New Year's because there are so many 1's on the label.
🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶
Sake made from Omi rice Mizukakami.
It has a fresh flavor with a clean taste, and is just delicious.
The best marriage of this terroir-inspired sake and tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) of honmoroko from Lake Biwa.
