風の島の菊鹿
I'm going to have it in Kurashiki. It seems to be aged for a year at the brewery before shipping.
It is light and goes in easily. After that, the umami expands. Although the sense of maturity is not so strong, the flavor is not thin and it seems to be well balanced. There is not much acidity.
I like nighttime in the Bikan Historical Quarter because there are fewer people there.
