Purchased at KITTE Osaka at a reasonable price of around 400 yen for 300ml.
Junmai Unfiltered (hi-ire with added water) is rare.
It is dry, but has a great umami flavor. It also has a little acidity that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. It is similar to Suntetsu among the recent ones.
Okyaku" apparently means a sake party in the Tosa dialect. Tonight is Okyaku with cherry blossoms at night.
