2021年1月7日　47都道府県を全制覇 →三千櫻酒造の北海道移転により、岐阜が空白県に… その後、2021年3月12日再度、全制覇達成 新型コロナの影響により、ほぼ家飲みの記録です。 外で飲酒する機会が激減してしたため、行きつけの酒屋さんで買い支えています。 都道府県被りが極力無いようにバリエーションをもたせて買うようにしています。色々な発見がありますね。

Saku Impression Type H Junmai Genshu Unfiltered Direct Pumping Elegant sweetness with a taste of pineapple. The aroma is wonderful. A very slight carbonation finishes it off nicely. The various tastes and pleasures are highly balanced. It is an appropriate sake for a fresh start after conquering 47 prefectures. Favorite ★★★★☆

Chiebijin Junmai Sake It can be drunk as easily as water, so it gives the impression of a sake with no peculiarities that can be enjoyed by everyone. It does not interfere with food. It would be better if it had a little more character. But it's definitely a delicious sake. My favorite is 3, close to 4. With this sake from Oita, I've now conquered all 47 prefectures in the sake tour of Japan that I started after I entered Corona! Favorite ★★☆☆☆

Good evening, JCM! Please excuse my comment. Congratulations on conquering 47 prefectures! I haven't conquered Kyushu yet, but if you want to add color to Oita I think it's the Chievijin 😊.

Thank you very much for your comment, Kaoshi Kanon. I can get sake from all over Japan at my local liquor store, but it's difficult to get some from Kyushu and Shikoku, so I buy some of them by mail order. Chiebijin is one such item!

Tosa Shiragiku Namazume Junmai Ginjo Gin no Yume As I thought, it is a stable taste. The balance between clean, complex and delicious is superb. There is no alcohol smell at all, and it is so delicate that it is hard to believe it is sake. It is a favorite that can be called artistic, and a sake worthy of decorating for the New Year. Favorite: ★★★★★

Tazake Special Junmai Sake We had a bottle reserved for a visitor, but due to the Corona, we had to keep it refrigerated for about 6 months, so today we finally welcomed our guest and opened the bottle. It's still very stable and delicious. It has a clean and delicious taste. A sake that goes perfectly with Japanese food. Favorite ★★★★☆

Akitsuka Junmai-Ginjo Mukohara Sake The day after the rejection of the Osaka metropolitan government's plan, this is a drink from Osaka. At the beginning of the drink, you can taste the flavor, but the aftertaste is complex and dry. It has a slightly alcoholic smell. The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees. 10 more prefectures to go before I can conquer the map of Japan. Now the hard part starts... I like it ★★☆☆☆☆.

Yatagarasu Junmai-Ginjo Autumn Agari It's a hard to verbalize, hard to capture the characteristics of the drink. The taste is soft and unassertive, but the flavors rush in with an aftertaste. If you drink it after eating the food, the taste is even harder to capture. In this sense, it is a sake that does not interfere with the food. I like it ★★☆☆☆☆.
