This is a hard-to-find sake made at a winery in Obuse, Nagano Prefecture.
Drinking this sake is a once-a-year pleasure. This year's production was also excellent. The aroma and taste are beyond the scope of sake.

Isohaman Special Honjozo
It is difficult to obtain.
I bought it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station. This is the cheapest special brew we could find.
As I expected, the taste is stable. It has a clean aftertaste with a hint of fruity flavor that envelops the palate.

A gentle sake made by a female toji, Miki Fujioka. Limited to one bottle per person at your favorite liquor store.
It has a slightly effervescent crispness, a refreshing aroma, and a citrus taste. We are bowled over by the care that has gone into making this sake.

Kido Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling
This is a sparkling sake made by popular sake brand Kido.
It is an ambitious work that retains the essence of sake, but is completely different. It has a soft mouthfeel and the stimulation of the bubbles spreading on the tongue is pleasant.

Kamikura Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake
At the first sip, the distinctive alcohol smell is a little distracting.

Shichiken Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake Ichiban Shibori
This sake is made by Ryoko Kitahara, who won the Diner's Club Younger Encouragement Award at SAKE COMPETITION 2017, which is given to the toji under the age of 35 with the most outstanding results.
As it says on the label, it has a sweet green apple aroma. It is cool and refreshing, and you can drink as much as you want.

Yamatan Masamune Junmai Sake Matsuyama Mitsui Hatsu Shibori
This sake is produced in Imabari, which is famous for its towels.
