My favorite Gassan, Hiyaoroshi. Of course I bought it right away 😂.
When I drank it, it was not the usual Gassan with calmness and sharpness, but it showed me a different face with lightness and brightness ️.
I need to drink more to understand it 😂😂.

I found this sake from Ehime at my favorite liquor store.
I bought it because I thought the etiquette was perfect for the current season, but it was an unexpected discovery.
As the name "Engetsu" suggests, the rich aroma and taste of the rice is just like a round moon.
The taste is even better than I expected and I'm trying to sell it to my neighbor's wife to try 😂😂.

This is a natural sake that I sometimes find. This time, I bought it because it was made in a wooden bucket, and I wondered if it would have the aroma of wood.
It does indeed have a subtle aroma and the flavor spreads well ✨✨.

I was impressed with the Katsukoma ✨ when I got it for a reception before, "It's so delicious...".
After that, I never encountered it at all, but on one occasion I discovered it -> bought it at No Doubt.
It has a really beautiful aroma, mouthfeel, and sharpness. It was a great taste that made me think that they must be making it with great care 🙇🙇️.
I think that you should definitely have Katsukoma when you find it〜.

Is it just me or does the mere sight of the word "hiya oroshi" give me the urge to buy 😭?
I don't have a refrigerator! I️ have no choice but to buy a bottle of Hououmita's Hiyaoroshi, even with the risk of my wife getting mad at me.
It's really easy to drink with a soft mouthfeel and a crisp finish.
I've been a big fan of Hooumita with Yuzu sake with soda, and I haven't bought much sake lately, but I've realized again that it's a wonderful sake.
