I've been trying to buy Okuharima ever since I received it at an entertainment party. I've been trying to buy Okuharima ever since I was entertained by it before, and I️ bought it because it's mellow and dry and has been aged for three years.
The taste is crisp and dry, but the aftertaste is delicious with a hint of umami and lactic acid bacteria.
I'll have to try this in a heated bottle!

It is a junmai ginjo from Akita Sakekomachi, which I have had before.

I've been fortunate enough to have received some of your ministry.
I've had a rough start to the year, with my rice cooker breaking down and me falling in the snow the other day, but I think I got rid of some of the bad luck with this one 😂.

This is the Mimuro Sugi's Roman series, Dewa Kaze.
It's my first time to try it, so I don't know much about it, but it has a fresh taste with a little bitterness and a great finish!
Mimurosugi seems to have a lot of variations, so I'm not sure how much I can drink... but it's a challenge 😂.
