This is my first time drinking Kaiun. I've been curious about it for a while because of its name, but the 55% milled rice ratio gives it a very nice sharpness and aroma ✨✨. It's great with sashimi 👌

Today, I worked hard from this morning, from strength training to the driving range to 3 hours on the coach under the blazing sun, so I opened this one as a reward 🌙. Juicy from the sweet aroma, more citrusy, but with a slightly bitter aftertaste❗️. Great drinkability and easy drinking ✨✨✨✨.

I️ have not drank any Sake since GW, so I️ have been thinking hard about it, and the first sake I️ purchased in large quantities was Nabeshima. It has a great mouthfeel and umami flavor, but it also has a clean taste in the back. It's great for drinking while eating asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables) ✨✨. But it's a waste, so I'll stop at less than 2 gou today 😭😭😭.

The last sake of GW is Gassan 🌙, which has become my favorite. It has a wonderful aroma, sharpness, and easy to drink. It's easy to drink, so I'm going to drink it in gulps, but tomorrow I'll be back to normal...be careful not to drink too much and do your best from tomorrow on ✨✨✨✨.

I'm going to drink more GW‼️ so I opened a bottle of Honkido Junmai Daiginjo! I thought it was easy to drink, but it was 13 degrees 😆. I can't help but drink it slowly and easily, it will be empty in no time 😂.

Let's drink hard this GW! So the first one is Mutsu Otokoyama super spicy junmai. I️ bought it as a gift for my parents. I opened it and drank it right away, and it's a perfect match for sashimi, chicken rice, etc. ✨! Great 😂😂.

I thought I couldn't make it this year...tears...but on a recent business trip to Beppu, I happened to find a bottle of Hirotogawa Nigori Nama Sake ✨✨✨✨. Without hesitation, I️bought it immediately and bought a bottle even though I️usually buy only the No. 4 bottle... 😂😂 If you are ever in Beppu, Oita, please research "Jizake no Kotani"!

My beloved Chibijin. I raided the local liquor store on a recent business trip to Oita and purchased this ✨✨. Junmai sake but with a wonderful apple aroma and flavor👍! It was worth buying it after work and sending it by courier. I️ hope you all will try it too!
