I'm tired from all the nabe and nabe cooking, but sake is a must, so I thought I'd share some sake.
It's been a while since I've had Aki-shika, but the taste is as reassuring as ever ✨It's perfect as a food sake.
It was a very calming and appreciated sake 😌.

Due to my parents' hobby, I have been drinking only wine during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
I finally came back and had a dry wine to go with sashimi, which is a New Year's promise!
It's been a while since I've had a glass of Hidakami, but it has a crisp mouthfeel followed by a robust umami flavor ✨✨✨.
I can't stop gulping it down 😂!

Wow, I forgot to buy it 💦.
I opened the Mutsu Hatsusen Hiyoroshi even though it's already midwinter and very cold ✨.
Maybe it's my imagination, but it really has a citrusy aroma and a robust flavor that's fantastic.
I'll be guzzling it down in no time 😭.

I gave it to him as a gift, but wait a minute, I didn't drink it myself! So I bought it.

Shinshu Kamerei, which I had not had a chance to see at all.
I found it at a restaurant where we were entertained and ordered it in a second 😂.
I enjoyed it so much that I was not even concerned about the reception, but I thought it was the best that the customers were happy with it too ✨.

My parents gave me this one as a travel souvenir. I usually don't like daiginjos! I'm not the type of person who likes to drink Daiginjo, so I was very grateful to receive it 🙇♂️.

The dry festival that follows the Junmai dry of Kamikawa Taisetsu, so the dry 👍 of Daishinshu that is like my hometown.

First sake from Hokkaido.
It is very easy to drink as it has a crisp dry junmai taste followed by a firm umami taste ✨.
I'm proud of myself for making such a good selection as a food sake 😂.

I received this as a souvenir from Miyazaki from my junior.
If you look closely, you can see the name "Unkai Shuzo" written on it.
I was surprised to see that it was the "Soba Shochu (buckwheat shochu) Unkai" that I saw in a commercial once upon a time! I was surprised, but it tasted like a pure rice sake ✨.
I was surprised at the honest taste of Junmai shochu ✨, and thought it would probably have a wide range of flavors at room temperature, chilled, or warmed 😊.

It has a pretty robust melon-like flavor, but it's not cloying 😊😊.
