NOLAI️ have not drank any Sake since GW, so I️ have been thinking hard about it, and the first sake I️ purchased in large quantities was Nabeshima. It has a great mouthfeel and umami flavor, but it also has a clean taste in the back. It's great for drinking while eating asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables) ✨✨. But it's a waste, so I'll stop at less than 2 gou today 😭😭😭.

NOLAI thought I couldn't make it this year...tears...but on a recent business trip to Beppu, I happened to find a bottle of Hirotogawa Nigori Nama Sake ✨✨✨✨. Without hesitation, I️bought it immediately and bought a bottle even though I️usually buy only the No. 4 bottle... 😂😂 If you are ever in Beppu, Oita, please research "Jizake no Kotani"!
