I'm tired from all the nabe and nabe cooking, but sake is a must, so I thought I'd share some sake.
It's been a while since I've had Aki-shika, but the taste is as reassuring as ever ✨It's perfect as a food sake.
It was a very calming and appreciated sake 😌.
Due to my parents' hobby, I have been drinking only wine during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
I finally came back and had a dry wine to go with sashimi, which is a New Year's promise!
It's been a while since I've had a glass of Hidakami, but it has a crisp mouthfeel followed by a robust umami flavor ✨✨✨.
I can't stop gulping it down 😂!
Wow, I forgot to buy it 💦.
I opened the Mutsu Hatsusen Hiyoroshi even though it's already midwinter and very cold ✨.
Maybe it's my imagination, but it really has a citrusy aroma and a robust flavor that's fantastic.
I'll be guzzling it down in no time 😭.
One of our customers told us that Toichi was his favorite.
I gave it to him as a gift, but wait a minute, I didn't drink it myself! So I bought it.
Very well balanced and easy to drink as a food sake ✨.
I️ recommend it as a casual everyday sake.
Shinshu Kamerei, which I had not had a chance to see at all.
I found it at a restaurant where we were entertained and ordered it in a second 😂.
I enjoyed it so much that I was not even concerned about the reception, but I thought it was the best that the customers were happy with it too ✨.
Thank you for this precious opportunity 🙇♂️.
I'll buy it in a second, snowman.
I've never bought many bottles of it, but I don't know, my wife complained a lot that it takes over the vegetable compartment of the fridge, but I don't know 😂😂.
I bought a bottle, so I don't mind at all. I think you have to be this quick when you drink ✨✨.
My parents gave me this one as a travel souvenir. I usually don't like daiginjos! I'm not the type of person who likes to drink Daiginjo, so I was very grateful to receive it 🙇♂️.
The aroma is very mellow and the flavor is deep and wonderful ‼️.
I just want to thank my parents 🙇♂️.
The dry festival that follows the Junmai dry of Kamikawa Taisetsu, so the dry 👍 of Daishinshu that is like my hometown.
Definitely delicious, great taste, great ministry!
First sake from Hokkaido.
It is very easy to drink as it has a crisp dry junmai taste followed by a firm umami taste ✨.
I'm proud of myself for making such a good selection as a food sake 😂.
I received this as a souvenir from Miyazaki from my junior.
If you look closely, you can see the name "Unkai Shuzo" written on it.
I was surprised to see that it was the "Soba Shochu (buckwheat shochu) Unkai" that I saw in a commercial once upon a time! I was surprised, but it tasted like a pure rice sake ✨.
I was surprised at the honest taste of Junmai shochu ✨, and thought it would probably have a wide range of flavors at room temperature, chilled, or warmed 😊.
I bought shellfish sashimi and bonito tataki at a nearby fish shop, so I wanted to have a dry, refreshing drink here 😊.
So we bought a bottle of Hyogo sake. I've been drinking a lot of dry sake lately, but we were both very happy with how easy and delicious it was to drink ✨✨.
Ooh, I haven't found an Iwate sake in ages! So it's Nanbu Bijin✨.
The mild aroma and flavor make it perfect for a leisurely drink.
I'll be following along a bit from now on!
A friend of mine from college was opening a store and I went to the liquor store looking for a souvenir and found this! I bought it in seconds ✨.
It has a pretty robust melon-like flavor, but it's not cloying 😊😊.
It was going to run out in no time, so I managed to put on the brakes. I'm going to enjoy it for a while 😂.
Oh, I found Kido Hiyoroshi!
So I bought it in a second without any hesitation at all. I thought it was as delicious as ever and found out that I've had it for 3 years in a row? I found out that I've had it three years in a row 😂.
Well, that's how it is 👌
It's already autumn, the season of hiya-odoroshi.
This is the first time I've had Toyokaro ✨.
Very soft and crisp, very easy to drink 👌
Perfect to drink slowly at night when it's a little cooler!

It's really hot every day...so this is my second bottle of Ice Breaker this summer.
It's a Japanese sake, but I drink it with ice.
The perfect kick and taste for a hot midsummer night ✨✨.
See you next year!
