Shizuoka Sake Tour. Gotemba's Kinmei Ryotama Junmai Ginjo, alc.16%. When served in the refrigerator, it has a subtle cider-like aroma. The aroma does not change much in the mouth, and after the alcohol and weak acidity, the umami of rice comes easily. The aftertaste is stimulated by alcohol, but it is not an unpleasant attack, but rather a strange numbing sensation and heat. There is no significant change even when the temperature is set to room temperature. Should we wait a few days? A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). Shinetsu-Hokuriku Product Exhibition at Tobu Department Store Purchased at Yoshinoya's sales booth in Nishinomon This is the first time I heard of this brand. Purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The aroma is of aged aroma like Shaoxing wine. The hint of gunpowder-like aroma. I think it is clean and easy to drink for an aged wine.
