I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

Purchased at a supermarket in Karuizawa. I did not expect much...but I experienced the power of Nagano sake🍶...aroma: a faint sweet aroma of rice, a clear sweet bitterness...the bitterness is just right and does not bother me...it is delicious😋...but it is also delicious😋 when drunk as is... ...but it really comes into its own as a food sake! Good evening! From the past history, I'll upload the sakes I drank at #Ginura Sake Bar. This time, it's "Senshin". This sake is made by Asahi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture. It is 5 years old, but it tastes so beautiful that I felt it was boring for the price. I don't know how I would feel if I drank it now. I would like to drink it again at Gin Kura. (^O^)

@sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.

This is a sake from my hometown - Echizen Ono (Ono City, Fukui Prefecture). It used to be sold at roadside stations, but I looked for it again on my return trip, but I didn't seem to see much of it in the city. I wondered if they are limiting the amount of brewing - or if they are just out of stock. This is the one I found in my parents' fridge. Cool and pungent. A cool spiciness, followed by a nice, clean rice flavor. Then, a strong wave of spiciness hits you. The spiciness swells up while accepting freshness, umami, and sweetness. The intense flavor is intoxicating. After all, Genpei is delicious. I found out that Genpei Shuzo went bankrupt last November, and the direct sales shop was closed. The story of the bankruptcy and revival of the brewery was also seen in the morning drama "Ranman," and I look forward to the time when I can experience the taste of Genpei again.
