Sake given to me by the owner of the yakitori restaurant I always go to.
The aroma of sake is nostalgic.
When I drank it,
It is a deep and rich sake with a strong flavor of rice.
It also has a fruity flavor.
I felt it was a connoisseur's sake!
It is located on the front approach to the Ojinja Shrine. Miwa Densetsu Kura is a limited edition sake.
It is delicious! You can feel the history!
Soft taste with no harshness.
Brewed entirely with Bodai yeast
All brewed in wooden vats made of Yoshino cedar
All the rice is grown in Nara prefecture
Good evening, Hide-kun!
The brewery's limited edition sake looks delicious 🤤.
I'm also planning to go somewhere this month for my first Ogamisha - Imanishi Sake Brewery course 🤗.
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu ORIGARUMI
I reserved a bottle and wondered when I would drink it, so I paired it with Nara's food.
When I opened the bottle, I could feel the orizzles dancing in the air.
The lactic acidity and fruity taste make it a very delicious sake!
Gorgeous aroma
The flavor of the rice is enchanting, with a firm sharpness and a fluffy aroma that becomes more gorgeous when mixed with the sake lees. As the name suggests, it made for a peaceful evening.
