Something I got from a work colleague. Thank you 😊 Unfortunately, it was completely 'old', probably due to extremely poor storage conditions (at the dealership). It had a strong sense of rice, and I could feel a glimpse of the rich dry taste, but the aftertaste was so uncomfortable that I gave up after one glass. We decided to serve it as a cooking sake from now on.

#Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me. I bought this sake and went home. It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first. Not bad 😅

Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's traveling SAKE. It has a gentle taste with a sweet flavor that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It has a spicy taste, but it also has a fresh fruitiness. I also tasted Omachi, but Yumesasara was definitely my favorite. On the third day, the impression of sweetness and acidity became stronger.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty. We compared Yumesasara and Omachi. I had a preconceived notion that Omachi would be tastier, but I found Omachi to be too strong and subtle. Yumesasara was delicious, so I bought it.

This was the first time I drank Abe-kan at home. The one I drank in the past was a special sake with a special kijoshu spec, so I don't think it was any different from the first time I drank it. OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.
