At home. This is the second one in the Hokkaido series. Kokushi Muso is a metaphor for being so good that no two people under the sun are alike. I was expecting it to have a strong alcoholic taste, but I was betrayed in a good way. It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing, clean taste that goes well with any meal. I think I'll end up drinking too much of it. But the words "Hokkaido Limited" are magic. I feel like I got a great deal just from this word.

This was the first time I drank Abe-kan at home. The one I drank in the past was a special sake with a special kijoshu spec, so I don't think it was any different from the first time I drank it. OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I thought it was Hibari, but it was Yukijaku. My first sake from Ehime. It's a delicious sake with a fluffy sweetness that spreads to the mouth, and no harshness. #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house.
