Home drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture The color is slightly whitish. The mouthfeel is clean and mild. The taste is sweet like green apple. The acidity is blended with sweet and sour. Is it sweet? Is it sweet? But then the sourness appears and has a big impact 🤩. The aftertaste has the umami of the rice, which is even more pronounced when combined with the acidity. I felt that the hint of aroma also penetrated through. This is a special Junmai Nama Genshu with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. First of all, the fruity ginjo aroma that is typical of freshly squeezed sake is a nice touch. The first impression you get when you drink it is a refreshing, fresh and gentle sweetness that only sake can provide. It's a sweetness like strawberries that I've never tasted before - I think this is a taste that only freshly pressed sake can give you. It's delicious!

I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.
