I bought it at the brewery opening in March this year. The brewer told me that the flavor would be better if I let it sit for a while, so I held back until now. I have been holding back until now 😣.
When I opened the bottle, I could taste the rich rice flavor and the umami was well developed. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. I think it is the new sake rice from Gifu, drunken musubi. 👍😋😋😋😋😋
