This sake is gentle and beautiful.
It has a green apple-like aroma, and when served cold, it is crisp and clean, yet not unpleasantly spicy.
It does not change that much when heated. It has a gentle sweetness and the umami of the rice expands more when it is warmed up to lukewarm.
It is a good all-around food sake.
Hirotogawa is well-known in Ten'ei Village, and it is also a very good sake.

This is the one I bought at the brewery's online store and brought as a souvenir, but they let me taste a little 😀.
Kotobuki is made in a village next to my own country (Hirotogawa too) and is a delicious sake!
Kame-no-o is also grown in the village and is a terroir product.
The gentle sweetness and delicious rice flavor filled my mouth, and I felt it would go well with anything as a food sake!
Personally, Suzunoi is my first choice👍.
