I got this for my brother who went on a trip!
It was delicious 😃.
It is a freshly brewed Junmai Daiginjo made from the rare Yamagata Prefecture-produced Sake Mirai rice, which was developed by the Takagi Shuzo brewery of "Jyushidai" with the hope of entrusting the future of sake to the brewers!
Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Rice polishing ratio: 70
Alcohol content: 15.5%.
It has a unique taste and aroma.
This is the first time for me to have such a feeling even in my poor experience with sake.
I have never had such a feeling before. I wonder if my first sake tasted like this.
The one and only sake "San-do" 🍶 made from Kumamoto Prefecture's native rice, Hozu, which has been revived and produced with no fertilizers, horse farming, and other specialties, goes well with locally grown vegetables and meats ^_^.
I felt that this bottle was a rich expression of the current owner and farmers of the town of Wasui, Tamana County, and the local terroir.
Local water, rice, pesticide-free, fertilizer-free, wood-based, yeast-free, and traditional sake brewing is the very taste of the land itself, isn't it?
I just don't know, but I would like to drink a lot of sake with a particular taste!
