Like Minatoya Toisuke, this is another brand of Murasuke that I bought because I liked it after tasting it at Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa. There are many liquor stores that sell Murasuke in Tokyo, but I had never seen this brand before. As its name suggests, it's low in alcohol content at 13%, so it's easy to drink 😚. When you drink it cold, it's light and refreshing, with no hint of bitterness. It's delicious in its own right, but when it's chilled at a cooler temperature, it becomes sweeter and more impressive. I liked it best when it was chilled in the wine cellar at about 15 degrees Celsius 😄. It's interesting to see how it changes with the temperature, but in any case, it's a different direction from the sweet and sour fruity Murasuke. I think it's a fine sake that won't go with any snacks 😋

This is the first time to drink this brand❗️ This sake is sold at a limited number of stores❗️ The only place to buy it is from the liquor store that was involved in making the rice. Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

Stopped by Ozawa Sake Brewery and went to a nearby store. I was attracted by the introduction of "sweet and fruity" and bought it. The drink was sweet and refreshing, and was very easy to drink because it did not leave a lingering aftertaste. The Yaezakura sake I had previously received from Izumikin Shuzo had a similar freshness. Yaezakura was impressive for its acidity and sharpness, while Soten was simply sweet and refreshing. Souten, on the other hand, was sweet and refreshing, and I felt it perfectly matched the image of a clear, flowing river.

Return Series. With the concept of "to the world", alcohol 12℃. It's something I've been curious about because of my perception that it's an emerging force in Niigata. It's a white wine taste. Almost a white wine. The sourness of the wine was so strong that I gave up on it.

A 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo, Meguro Gorosuke, from Tama Flavor in Uonuma City (formerly Morimon Village), Niigata Prefecture. As is typical of Uonuma sake, it is a ginjo-shu that is not overly aromatic. I remember drinking it once at Tatsuya, a yakiton (grilled pork dumpling) restaurant in Numabukuro on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

The Tama Flavor brewery is known for its regular brand, Tama Flavor, which is a light, dry sake that is the king of Uonuma, but they also brew Itkey and 46°C Echigo-Bushi (Samurai), which I recognized once again as a brewery with a very sharp personality.

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here!
