The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago Champagne split today 🤣. Half and half Pour in a 1:1 ratio Marriage of Philando and Champagne 😉. Makes it less sweet. Maybe just the right amount of sweet 🤔.

Hakurei was sold in the bargain section at the supermarket. I bought it by accident. It tasted clean and dry. It was a good purchase.

At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

I went to a health checkup today, and went to a nearby liquor store that sells good sake, and found this Arabashiri. I opened the bottle right away. Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here! I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

Next up was the Ittiki Senzan Comet Nama-no-Hara Sake. The only sake from Gifu that I know of is Ikki Senzan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a brand that had just been opened. It was a brand that had just been opened, so I liked the way the flavor was firmly on the tongue. The sweetness was not too strong and flowed down the throat easily. This is the first hit I've had in a long time. I wanted to drink it slowly, but I had to keep up with the pace of my grandchildren.
