I went to a health checkup today, and went to a nearby liquor store that sells good sake, and found this Arabashiri. I opened the bottle right away. The first sip was fruity and sweet with a touch of acidity, but the second sip was bitter with a touch of acidity. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I like the taste ☺️. Delicious💕!

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here! I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

Japanese Sake Fest】Osaka Bay Tower (10) I will buy a bottle next time! It's my favorite. It was so good that it sobered me up. The sake was surprisingly rich and sweet, with a sake degree of -57. However, it is not heavy. You can drink it refreshingly. I was recommended to drink it with soda. Next up was the Ittiki Senzan Comet Nama-no-Hara Sake. The only sake from Gifu that I know of is Ikki Senzan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a brand that had just been opened. It was a brand that had just been opened, so I liked the way the flavor was firmly on the tongue. The sweetness was not too strong and flowed down the throat easily. This is the first hit I've had in a long time. I wanted to drink it slowly, but I had to keep up with the pace of my grandchildren. I was getting too hungry to let them play with their toys, so I quickly settled my bill. It was different from a drinking party among adults, but I was glad that we could enjoy eating and drinking together. (^^)/

Part 3 This brand is new to me 🤗. Yopa Memo_φ(___) It's like a combination of yogurt and solid sake 🍶. I don't think it has much acidity🙄. It has a clean and solid expression. You can drink it smoothly 😃. It was delicious 😋😋😋.

The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

Here we go! Hode Nasu! The label depicts an eggplant, as is typical of summer sake. It is shipped twice a year, in summer and winter, and the number of shipments is limited, so there must be many locals who do not know about it. While there are many low-alcohol summer sakes, this one has 16% alcohol content, so it is a great value for money. It is a dry sake that does not have much of a topping aroma, but when you drink it, you will find it to be refreshingly dry. It is clearly tailored to make a clear distinction from the sweet and sour of the winter model. For a sake that is dry at the entrance, it was a delicious sake with a strong umami taste afterward. Don't abuse me, sake words without permission. 〜At my age, I realize how much I have to learn... Thank you for the sake!

My Best Sake 🍶 since I first drank it a few years ago. Muscat, green apple 🍏. Mellow and the acidity bounces off the tongue. It's smooth, sweet and umami, and doesn't need any side dishes or accompaniments. Refreshing and fresh. This one bottle is just the kind of flavor that makes one's heart dance. It is perfect to drink on a nice, sunny day. It goes well with a party with friends. I'm going with this one! This is the sake that will make you make such a decision. Hodenasu is a dialect word, It's not really suitable as a gift, It's not really suitable for a gift, but it's a recommended sake that tastes so good that it becomes a hodenasu. LOL! It was a lot in November 2024, It's ok👍It's a good one, but I'm not sure if it's suitable as a gift or not. it's ok👍

A souvenir from a business trip to Niigata. My colleague introduced me to Miyakoya and I bought it. It was a very tasty sake with the beautiful lightness and umami of Niigata. The bonito was also very nice and fatty, so it made for a good dinner.

I was drinking it on 7/1. It is aromatic, fruity, sweet from the rice, and refreshingly delicious. Niigata is a great place after all! My daughter had it with her lunch of seared nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) 😊My daughter had it with her lunch of hegisoba (buckwheat noodles) and tarekatsu (pork cutlet with sauce) and drank it with takachiyou. Yum! She mumbled like Mr. Purgatory and only gave me a small bite 🤣.
