This sake was tasted along with the Junmai Ginjo I posted earlier.
We were there when the store opened on the first day of tasting and sales, so all the sakes were unsealed, so we were able to sample them in fresh condition.
I recommend going on Wednesday when the store opens ๐.
It is Rokumaru with 60% rice polishing ratio. It is the same as Shinomine.
It has more richness and umami than Junmai Ginjo.
It is suitable for warming up.

A little bitterness on the nose and bitterness on the tongue.
It tastes a bit like old-fashioned sake.
However, it goes well with boiled fish.
It is like a flavorful addition to fish.
It would have been nice to have some local fish, but since we were drinking at home...

Kani Sushi in Summer It is good to be able to eat crab even in summer!
The vinegar, which is not too harsh, whets the appetite!
I was tired after climbing the castle and didn't have much of an appetite, so thank goodness for that!
The sake was full of pictures of seafood, so I thought it would be dry, but it was quite sweet and bitter!
However, this sweetness is just right for crab sushi!
Just when I finished my bento, the sake was gone too!
