Sake purchased in Nara, GW. This is my first time to buy sake from Nakatani Sake Brewery. It seems that they have a factory in China and also produce Chinese sake using Chinese rice. It has a mild sweetness with a slight yogurt-like nuance. There is also a good amount of acidity. Yamanokami yeast is a type of sasayuri. I've had Yamanokami yeast sake in the past, but I didn't know it was a flower yeast. I heard that there used to be a raw version of this sake, but I am sure it is delicious. It seems that this sake is also limited in stock. There was only one bottle left at the store where I bought it. I heard that they moved the brewery that was closed at the Corona Disaster to the center of town and started a brewery where you can experience brewing. I wonder if that's why they are discontinuing all of their existing products.

This is a Junmai sake, a full-flavored sake among the sake we received. It was a cold day, so I started it at room temperature. It is crisp and dry on the palate, with a hint of sweetness from the rice for a moment, but it also goes down the throat well, making it a dry Niigata sake. Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi ✨✨✨✨. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple. When you take a sip, you can feel the gasiness and acidity, but it is juicy and delicious 😋😋😋😋 When you mix the lees, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the creaminess increases, which is also delicious 😋😋. This was definitely one to repeat 🤗

Makuake's Kurafan "Don't Stop #Noto's Sake!" We went on a bullet trip to a hot spring in Gunma 😆♨️ Before arriving at the ryokan, we went to a local liquor store. I decided to buy some Gunma sake at a local liquor store before we arrived at the ryokan! I was so excited, I visited Takahashi Yo Shoten for the first time, which I sometimes order from Corona Disaster! I visited Takahashi Yoh Shoten for the first time! I found a bottle of sake that I had ordered before and was very impressed. The Gan brewed by Mikito Takai, who is no longer with the company, was really delicious, so I chose the New Gan with the feeling that I would like to try it too. I was surprised to find that it was brewed by Mikito Takai! And it's still delicious 😭✨ It was great slightly chilled, but also great warmed 👍. Not spectacular, but deeply delicious... And it's so cosy! I brought home the rest of the bottle. I'm going to drink it with care 🍶🎶.

This sake was tasted along with the Junmai Ginjo I posted earlier. We were there when the store opened on the first day of tasting and sales, so all the sakes were unsealed, so we were able to sample them in fresh condition. I recommend going on Wednesday when the store opens 😆. It is Rokumaru with 60% rice polishing ratio. It is the same as Shinomine. It has more richness and umami than Junmai Ginjo. It is suitable for warming up.

My girlfriend went to Tottori with a friend for a visit. I wasn't going to go, but I did at the last minute🤣. So! I finally found a sake from Tottori✨. When I think of Tottori, I think of strong. I've never had strong before! First we ordered three different strong sakes to compare 😆. Inabatsuru, Hiokizakura and Chiyomusubi! You can see the amber color! All of them have a mature taste 😆. The rice flavor is very strong! It might be difficult for those who are not used to this mature taste 😆.

This month we had a lot of drinking outside, so it's been a while since I've had a drink at home! I got a bottle of summer sake "Kashoku", which is rarely seen even in my hometown, because there was some left at the liquor store! The mouthfeel is sweet with a refreshing acidity, and the mellow aroma lingers until the end. It seems that more emphasis is placed on the mellow aroma than on the refreshing taste!
