I bought it because my child's name has the character for virtue in it lol. I was surprised by the color when I put it in a glass. The best thing about this product is the fact that it is made in Indonesia. I'm not sure if I've had enough, so I opened this bottle, but my face is starting to go numb 🤪 lol

The 3rd Bishu Competition 2025 Kansai ④ Sake I wanted to try at this event with Diachiku and Brooklyn kura I was curious about this brand that Nemuchi-san had tried at a Japanese sake festival before. It seems that the label has become more fashionable since the new owner took over, with an eye on export. A young man with two earrings explained about the sake to us, and we wondered if he was the brewer. Fresh, gassy, sweet and delicious. There seems to be no distributor in the Kansai region, so I sincerely hope that some of them will carry it! I told my neighbor's liquor store to go to Tokumasa Sou next time, but he said he had a connection with Sakaimachi 😅.

Get it at "Marugoto Kochi" in Ginza, Tokyo❗️. I had never heard of this brand before, but it was delicious ❣️. The rice used was something from Kochi Prefecture. It has a fresh citrusy taste like a fresh sake, with a rich mouthfeel, but it goes down smoothly. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. If I had to say something, I would say that I would like a little more sweetness, but it is just right for light drinking.

Second day of Kochi Night. The cab driver told me that Hirome is good, but for bonito, I should go to Matsuri Jaya. He advised me to go to Matsuri Jaya for bonito, as it has a good selection of alcohol. So we went to Matsuri Jaya. At first, we started out with regular sake, just like a normal drinking party in Kochi. The staff at the restaurant recommended various temperatures for drinking. The first sake is Fujimusume, which I have never tried before. Slightly spicy and umami-guchi (flavorful), it was a perfect match for the thickly sliced salt cod roe. The special sake cup is also cute! But from here, I sank into the swamp of Kochi sake.

I caught some bonito, so I hit the Tosa sake. Although it is a Tosa sake, I did not go to Kochi to get it! Since it's a heated bottle, of course it's served heated. p It's a delicious sake with sweet and spicy flavors. The bonito was made into tataki, a standard dish. It's very tasty because it's fresh.

Junmai Daiginjo that is not like Yamada Nishiki. The sweetness is moderate. It takes some time for the flavors to develop. Personally, I've always had the impression that Yamadanishiki has a sweet aftertaste, but the dryness of the flavor reminded me of the diversity of Japanese sake. And even though it's supposed to be a little out of character for my taste, it was a dish that made me drink more! As the temperature rises, the taste is distinctly sweet at first and then dry (and crisp) at the end. It broke the stereotype that Yamada Nishiki is sweet! The brewery started brewing in 1922. The name of the brand was changed from the famous water "Horime-no-Ido" to "Horinoi".

Purchased with Tenryo sake cup at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They stocked it because it was well received at a Saga sake tasting event held for sake retailers. Probably not normally available in the Kansai region. The rice is made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku. I know Nabeshima also uses Kitashizuku. It has a beautiful sake quality for the rice polishing ratio. There is a slight sweetness, but it is also slightly thin and heavy. It also has a nutty taste. It tastes like nothing else.

(ますますます +. We had Takasago from Kiyamasa Shuzo 😀. It was completely different from Jikan. I'm not sure if I'd drink it with refrigeration, or if the aroma would be milder. No? I'm not sure if it's too acidic or not when I drink it 🤔. I didn't like it, so I heated it up and it turned into a different kind of sake. I found the heated Takasago to be delicious 😀. Smells like yogurt, and when the temperature rises, it smells like cotton candy. The rice-flavored liquid is slightly carbonated, and while you think it is light to drink, it changes and becomes heavy with rice flavor, astringency, a sourness and bitterness that comes in a rush, then changes to sweetness and a lactic acidity that is tingling and refreshing. The changes are interesting. When muddled, the rice flavor becomes stronger and a little bitter, and the umami that comes after is pleasant, with a slight sweetness and flavors of rice and koji that are both powerful and beautiful. It is delicious.

The aroma is mild and not so much 🤔, probably due to the fact that the bottle was chilled to the perfect temperature before opening. It has a strong umami 👍and a fresh aroma that may be derived from the Yamahai method 😊It has a nice sharpness to it 😚. Summer sake🌻⛅️ is over and it's time for cold sake🍁🍄🌰 which is now in full flavor🥰I'm looking forward to the future sake🥳.
