I bought it at Kotsu Kaikan before. Since I drank it as a souvenir from Akita a few years ago + I remember posting about it when I was just starting out with sakekawa, so it's one that I personally have fond memories of 😌.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a gorgeous aroma that was clean but a little mild. It reminds me of pear yogurt, etc. 🍐.
The mouthfeel is smooth and light, but as you savor it, you can taste the sweet and savory flavor.
There is a slight savory, caramel-like flavor, and in the latter half, the spicy acidity is mainly felt, giving it a presence that is typical of matured sake.
