13% Yamahai drink comparison
Hyakumangoku no Shiro - Lovely!
Ishikawamon.
It's got a gassy, crisp texture, citrusy flavor, and a little more umami than Irohasu.
I wonder if there would have been a little more contrast if it had been open-mouthed.
Hyakumangoku No Shiro
Fresh, clear and sweet, with a sense of extension.
The taste is rounded and expansive without any peculiarities.
Delicious!
☆5.0
Deep sweetness that you would not expect from a 6% polished rice ratio (so we asked about it, it is 3 years old).
Floral aroma but calm flavor.
I was impressed by the pure and fine aroma with a hint of alcohol.
3.5
Honey-like aroma with caramel flavor with a little bit of maturity.
Milky sweetness and volatile alcohol in the second half.
Sweet potato-like aftertaste at the end of drinking.
3.0
Slightly honeyed flavor with apricot-like acidity
Thick sweetness
I wanted to drink it without a pause after opening my mouth.
(I remember there was a gas version a few years ago, but has it disappeared?)
☆4.0
Citrusy aroma and refreshing acidity
The sweetness that rides smoothly on the tongue with no peculiarity and calmness.
It is the type of wine that you find yourself drinking a lot of.
The price is quite expensive, but the quality is acceptable.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo ☆4.0

Rich, fruity and juicy with a thick sweetness
Chilled and served in a glass: ✨️

Quick and sharp taste.
It has a sweet aroma with a hint of alcohol and a dry, volatile taste.
It seems to go well with yakitori skin.
Not for women and children.
