The impression is sweet. I dared to leave half of it and drank it the next day, and the sweetness was soft and fluffy.
Junmai Ginjo. Not much aroma. Fluffy feeling.
It's not sticky-sweet or rich, but it has weight. In a good sense, it has a countryside? It has an indigenous feel. It is a daiginjo, but there is little fluffiness.
