After sweating a bit, I found Izumikawa in the fridge and immediately opened a bottle of this unexpected trophy 🎉. It has a slightly soft sweetness, a gradual flavor, and a bitterness that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It is smooth and easy to drink! It is the big brother of Tobiroki, and I enjoyed Izumikawa for the first time in a long time 😘.
