I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. A trip to visit a brewery. We went to Kurikoma, the hometown of the person who helped us. We visited our favorite brewery, Senda Sake Brewery in Okutsuru Kurikoma Mt. According to the young master, even weak drinkers can be satisfied, so we bought this one. We will drink it from now on.

A mini-bottle of Kamelei Junmai Ginjo given to me by a friend who lives in Hiroshima. The supercilious aroma is of a faint apple-yellow flavor. But the spiciness isn't insistent, either, so it's an easy-drinking, dry sake that's easy to sip 😄 It goes well with sashimi of yellowtail 😋 In addition, there are quite a few people on Sake no Wa who are posting the same thing as Hiroshima's turtle age and Shinshu's turtle age... 😢

This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. It has a beautiful sweetness and is very easy to drink ❗️ It seems to go well with any meal and is a versatile player. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Another bottle was opened at the Kizuna Festival. Golden crystal that saw the light of day at Izakaya Shinkansen. Gold Crystal label expressed with a characteristic figure. It is one of my personal favorite labels. The top-tasting aroma has a very classical sake flavor. The mouthfeel has a light umami from a hint of sweetness. First contact is lighter than expected. The finish is again full of sake-like aftertaste, with a mild acidity and a strong bitterness. I had imagined it to be a more mellow and stand-alone sake, but it is considered to be a high performance food sake. During the festival, I served it with tempura and dried scallops that I bought and brought with me, and it was quite good! Thanks for the food!

Tonight I'm having this one 🍶. I got this on my trip to Fukushima last month! I've been wanting to drink this since I saw it on Izakaya Shinkansen 🍶✨. They are the only sake brewery in Fukushima city😃. Mellow, refreshing, oicy❕. The aroma is slightly fluffy 💠. Slightly crisp but still mild 🌸🍶✨. This is a great one ❕. I'm glad I found you 😆. The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.
