I just had a bottle of Koshinotaka that I bought when I went to Fukui Prefecture on an errand the other day 😀.
The aroma is subdued, and in the mouth you can taste a slight banana🍌 sweetness 😚 clear flavor and dry aftertaste 😊 good sharpness 🥰 good sake to drink during a meal 🍶.

Dry, clear and light. A little sweetness and acidity. The last taste is a bit bitter and lactic acidity. The impression is that it is a food sake type.
