It's been a long time since I've drunk a bottle of Raizen ❗️. The aroma is subdued for a Daiginjo🤔. The taste is generally dark and robust😊. I can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice but I can also feel the alcohol as well😅. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and a rich flavor. It has the flavor of sweet melon. There is also a bit of acid at the finish to give this a clean aftertaste. Very nice!
A souvenir from a business trip to Niigata. Neige cup ⁈Neige is a Tokamachi's yurukyarakara, a snow fairy. I bought it at Niigata Ponchu-kan. I assumed that the old man was collaborating with Sanrio or some other character, so I did a lot of research and finally found out. I think it is well made. I heard it is also used for the snow firefly trail in Matsunoyama Onsen. And this sake Matsunoi's Junmai sake is solidly delicious. Cup sake is very deep.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.
