I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san. A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake. It was in the fridge of a point system sake, so I thought 😅😅I thought, "No way, I can buy it normally. I thought so, but I was able to buy it normally😅. It's confusing💦. The rice is Hyogo Nishiki. Sweet aroma. It is fire-aged but has a quite rich flavor. It is better not to cool it down too much. It is a little smoky.

A friend of mine who is a fisherman landed it in Katsuura, Wakayama and gave it to me as a souvenir. It has a classic flavor with a subdued smell, but it goes well with sashimi and kakiage (deep fried shrimp), and is easy to drink. I warmed up about 1 gou of the sake, which I enjoyed, but the two fishermen said they preferred it cold. Thank you very much!

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

This is the first bottle of Akita Shun Ginjo. I've never met this brewery before, but it's a good omen❗. The second day, the aroma of the nama-moto has receded into the background, and the taste becomes light and clean, but the nama-moto structure gives it a moderate depth, as if it is producing the flavor from a step back. This sake has become my 💓.

The current sake brewery was built in 1927-3, the first reinforced concrete structure in Tohoku. Ginrin Kurukuru A refreshing sourness, but with a hint of umami. I got this at a sake brewery when I stopped by Kurayoshi on a trip. It was 20 degrees Celsius, sharp and dry sake🍶 I bought this one after being allowed to sample a variety of sake. I was told by the store staff that it was very strong, but it was very weak!
