It is a dry sake with a thick rice flavor that goes down to the stomach with a thud.

Easy to drink, mellow mouthfeel. There is a feeling of lingering miscellaneous flavors in a good sense in the aftertaste. It is a very good sake for a four-pack. I bought it without thinking.

A bottle purchased at the opening of the brewery. It has a sweet, dry, umami mouthfeel that is typical of Omachi rice, with a sense of gaseousness. It has a fluffy and mild mouthfeel. A bottle with a taste unique to this time of year.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.

(******) wdwdwdwd. It is a local cup sake patrol. It is a taste of old-fashioned sake. It is the sake of the brewery where Mr. Naohiko Noguchi used to live, not a laboratory!

Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake🍶🍶Tokubetsu A Yamadanishiki🌾 from Yoshikawa, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Mellow and mature 😳. Ester in the mouth. It might be good warmed up 🤔. If you drink it after eating Kanpachi, it will soften the sensation. It's a great match with sour pike conger eel tempura with ume plum paste. Rural House Alori @ Kitaurawa 20230729

Although it's not stated on the label, the rice polishing ratio is 65%, the sake level is -13, and the rice is Hatsushimo. It is very sour. It is very sour, and has a strong personality even among sake made with white koji. This sourness is like Niwa-shu or Bodai-gan. I heard that there was a limited edition of this sake, but I'm curious.

I got this at a sake brewery when I stopped by Kurayoshi on a trip. It was 20 degrees Celsius, sharp and dry sake🍶 I bought this one after being allowed to sample a variety of sake. I was told by the store staff that it was very strong, but it was very weak!

My daughter in Izumo sent me a bottle of sake as a birthday present. She went on a trip to Kurayoshi in Tottori Prefecture and bought it at a sake brewery 🍶. She went to Kurayoshi in Tottori Prefecture and bought it at a sake brewery. Genshu, first time to drink it. Tastes like rice Gentle rice sweetness 🍚. It's refreshing, and if I had to guess, it's more of a dry type, but there's almost no sourness. I think I haven't had a sake like this in a long time. I had never heard of this sake, but it is delicious 😋. My wife and my second son sent me some choko (cups)...they are all sake related... 😂. No, my eldest son and his wife sent me tennis and bicycle caps and a holder for my bicycle. So my daily life = tennis, biking, and drinking? I guess it fits 🤣. Thanks guys 🥰.

Then the middle one, "Senryo Otokoyama. Honey-like aroma. The mouthfeel is silky, but the flavor is similar to a juku-shu type. It has a honey and syrupy feel with a touch of pettiness. However, it is easy to drink, with no harshness or bitterness, perhaps because the overall assertiveness is modest! It is crisp but dense. It is a deep taste that is hard to describe!

GW 4 days 3 nights with wife, 1,500km round trip🤣 We went on a Sanriku car trip 🙂. We stayed one night near Sendai and went to Sanriku. We had an ume (sea urchin) lunch box at Kuji station, and spent the second night in Miyako. Miyako's sake brewery, Hishiya Sake Brewery, Senryo Otokoyama. Seafood Cuisine at Murekou, a long-established bar that has been in business for over 45 years. Today we had fresh and delicious seafood dinner at Today, the restaurant was run by a pleasant elderly couple, who were basically just a customer with a reservation, but they were happy to help us at the counter.

What a Kiha 40! Too bad I can't make a video of it. I'd love for you to hear the sound of the engine. I'm so glad I came! I wanted to come because there were rumors that the passenger train would be discontinued. The label of this sake matches the train perfectly! Concentrated bitterness, acidity, and flavor! I couldn't buy any snacks, but the sake alone is pleasant to drink!

Sashi-Drinking with an old friend at an izakaya after a long time. We chose our first sake. I remember it went down smoothly...

Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. I'm sure you'll love it. *I love it!
