純吟はどれも美味い
I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while.
It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness.
I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine.
Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious.
I, of course, drink it only with sake.
