I bought this for a story. The aroma is like sake, but the taste is made up of sour and sweet. It tastes like water, but with less carbonation and sugar. It is similar to the non-alcoholic sake that used to be sold by Fukumitsuya, but better. I think it will run out soon.

Home drinking, nearby supermarket. Muscat and acerola added together and watered down 💧. It's still not enough, but if you think of it as 20% sake, it's ok🤣.

September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. It is light and dry, and goes well with fish. 300ml is not enough for me, but But since I drank it two days in a row I'll leave it at that...(´ω・;)

The last bottle caught my eye and my attention, so I bought it! It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame. Exciting just to hear about it😊. And it's reasonable! On the day of opening the bottle, it had a neutral impression. Rather than the Tainai-san type that washes down as a food sake. I thought it was the type to stay close to you. From the second day onwards, the flavors come together and the sharpness from the sweetness is noticeable. It was delicious even when drunk on its own.

7.5 points (wife: 6.5 points) Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Alcohol content : 15 Rice polishing ratio : undisclosed Sake Degree : Undisclosed Store where purchased : After all is said and done, Japanese face (Sapporo, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo) Slightly amber in color. Slightly full-bodied rice malt top-drinker The aroma is like soy sauce behind the same aroma of the top rise, and the firm umami of rice and the moderate sweetness spreads zingily with soft acidity, leaving a lingering rice aroma with a moderate bitterness, and it finishes quickly. It has a mellow and unique aroma, a deep flavor, and a strange impression that does not feel heavy, making it a good match for strong-flavored meals. Even as a stand-alone sake, its mysterious impression is addictive. It goes well with grilled bonito, dashimaki egg with shrimp, teppanyaki hormone of Hikoma pork, and motsu (pork bone) stewed tofu.

It's been a while since I had my first Suiroku Miyamanishiki sake. The aroma is not that great, but when you put it in your mouth you think it's sweet and refreshing. I opened it when I was drunk 😅. I'll taste it again tomorrow 😝😝 I've had it for a day and it's sweet and spicy. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's good. but it's delicious😋.

Freshly brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. The color is milky white. The smell is mild, with a hint of flowers. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet. It has a nice umami taste with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. You can feel the alcohol quite a bit, it's 17 degrees, so it's thick. It is easy to drink on the rocks with ice. I think it tastes better if you drink it this way. It has a refreshing, dry, gassy flavor that pairs well with 🍖 meat dishes and Chinese and other oily dishes 😋~.

I saw this one at a store I sometimes visit and have been curious about it for a long time. I tried Kanenaka, a sake made by Nakajimaya in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The label is very cool. The manager recommended this sake, and it won a prize at a competition in Paris, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The first saké was cold and the first saké was, "Hmmm? It has a strong unique flavor... It's a bit peculiar because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewery... It's not a good match for me... I think it would be better to warm it up 🤔. I opened it for 2 days and drank it.... It has some kind of sweetness, and it's indescribably rich and delicious 😳. This is what I mean when I say that the taste opens up. It's not for everyone by any means, but I thought it was a good sake with a sense of the creator's commitment. Thank you for the treat 🙏.

7/10 I had never heard of the term "hereden-zukuri. I wonder if it's "kaden-zukuri" or "kaden-zukuri. It is a matured sake with a strong flavor. I guess it would have been better heated, but it was fine cold as well. I think it would be better to drink it slowly, while bringing the temperature back up a little at a time. I wonder if this was the right choice for the last sake.

Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇

The last one is Fusozuru. It will be served warm. The top-tasting aroma is that of thick rice. The mouthfeel is clear and the umami of rice is directly conveyed. The aftertaste has a slightly matured or aged feel to it, but I think this is what makes the umami so convincing. The finish is soft and fluffy, with a soft acidity and astringency. The image is quite dandy and austere. Fuso is an old Japanese alias, but when I think of Fuso, I think of the Mitsubishi Fuso truck or the battleship Fuso of the Imperial Navy. In the arcade game "1943," which I was addicted to when I was in junior high school, the sinking of the Fuso was the climax of the first half of the game. I like the sound of "Fuso". Thank you for the food!
