Yoshinoya," which I was interested in, was at the event, so I visited and bought some. I tasted it because it was recommended, and it was delicious, so I decided immediately to buy it along with amazake (amazake is also really delicious). (The amazake was really good too). The aroma was slightly cemedine-type? (The amazake was really tasty.) The aroma was slightly cemedine-like, but not too much. The taste is slightly gassy on the palate, and then the umami spreads into the mouth with a bang, leaving a sour taste and a lingering aftertaste that feels like you are drinking sake, which is pleasant and fluffy on the nose. It is fresher and tastier than when I tasted it. I really like this lingering taste of sake around 17 degrees, but I always feel frustrated that I can't drink a lot of sake because it goes around so fast 😅.

Purchased at Yamasho in JR Ashiya station. I mentioned before that this liquor store is based in northern Kyoto and has a wide selection of sake from the Tango area, but they also have Kumi no Ura. It is rather sweet. Muscat and lychee-like flavor. It is fire-brewed but fresh. I'd like to try some of their fresh sake. I'm sure it would be delicious. According to the internet, it's unfiltered raw sake. It's true that it's on the lees for a fire-brewed sake. Sediment is noticeable.

We attended a year-end party for parents of my second son's high school club! Although there are some rank restrictions, we enjoyed drinking all the sake we could drink 😆. The 4th glass! Koshino-Hachiho Junmai Sake This is also a brand new to me! It is a light and dry sake with the main flavor of rice. It is a typical food sake that does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

Birthday gift sake No. 3 Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman. It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. It is gorgeous and refreshingly sweet on the palate. It is a versatile type of sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. For better or worse, it is an excellent Daiginjo. I think it tastes more open and sweeter on the second day than when it is freshly opened. The design of the sake lid looks just like the one from a while ago😅.

Today I chose sushi, sashimi and comet in the aftermath of yesterday's birthday, and since my son and wife went to bed, I had a luxurious dinner by myself😘. The comet I bought for comparison last time was so good that I bought two bottles for comparison this time too 🤣👍. Tomorrow I'm going to go to Gifu and buy Yamamoto Do, which I've longed for. ‼️ I've been looking for it for about three years now, but when I find a store that carries it, it's always sold out, so I'll make sure to get it this year 🥺. Souvenirs from Saga 🤗No.1 The top aroma is like red miso or buckwheat flower honey, the type I haven't tasted recently. 〰︎ As the temperature loosens up, it has a fruity bitter chocolate flavor with a strong acidity 😚 I thought I remember smelling that aroma of BASE BREAD chocolate somewhere 😚 It seems to be a slightly classical rich dry type, but it had an interesting flavor........ I almost ate too much of it because the oily fried squid geso tasted strangely delicious 😅. Thanks for the food!

Saga, Saga Prefecture, Japan. Saga Brewery Co. Umenomado Special Junmai 3㌥ I tasted and bought this at the Sake Expo held at the Kintetsu Main Store in Abeno Harukas. I actually had it yesterday, but since it is a special junmai, I compared the two. We will drink it cold. The color is clear and almost colorless. The top aroma is mild and not very noticeable. The taste has a robust rice flavor, sweetness, and a nutty, chocolate-like complexity. It is rich and mellow, but compared to Saka, it has a more traditional country-style flavor. The aroma on the nose is bitter and chocolatey. By the second day, the chocolaty flavor has settled down, and a clear, mineral, full flavor emerges, making it easier to drink. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius

Saga, Saga Prefecture, Japan. Saga Brewery Co. Saka Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Nama Zake. Purchased after tasting at the Sake Expo held at the Kintetsu Main Store in Abeno Harukas. Saka is a new brand, and is apparently better known as "Ume" (window plum). It is served cold. The color is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. The top aroma is mild, with a slight hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth with a slight flocculation, and it does not feel fresh to the extent that it should. On the palate, there is a little bit of juicy acidity, a little bit of tangy alcohol, and a nutty, full flavor that spreads. The aftertaste is a bit of a sharp spiciness, with a slight throat hit after swallowing. I bought it thinking it would be sweeter and more umami, but it was surprisingly dryer than I expected. It is not sake, This was delicious. ‼️ It is a blend of Kasagi's yuzu juice and "Onnajojo" ginjo sake. It is so thick and sweet that you would think it was juice, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a nice aroma and the bitterness of the yuzu makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad!

A 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo, Meguro Gorosuke, from Tama Flavor in Uonuma City (formerly Morimon Village), Niigata Prefecture. As is typical of Uonuma sake, it is a ginjo-shu that is not overly aromatic. I remember drinking it once at Tatsuya, a yakiton (grilled pork dumpling) restaurant in Numabukuro on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

Lighter than expected, sour, sweet and ricey. I was worried before drinking it because it had quite a bit of color, but I was relieved to see the explanation on the back label. The Tama Flavor brewery is known for its regular brand, Tama Flavor, which is a light, dry sake that is the king of Uonuma, but they also brew Itkey and 46°C Echigo-Bushi (Samurai), which I recognized once again as a brewery with a very sharp personality.

Next to Kaiharu, your first Horaizuru Have you ever had this? I thought it was Houraizumi at first 😅. At first I thought it was Houraizumi😅 It seems to be brewed in the basement of an apartment building in Hiroshima city. It's like Nippon Izumi from Gifu. This one was purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery in Edion, Hiroshima. Sake Sho Yamada seems to have a lot of famous brands on display, but this store also seems to have a local sake corner! The liquor department at EDION Namba is also owned by Yamada Sake Brewery, but it's bigger than the one in front of Osaka Sake Brewery. Maybe because of the upcoming Expo 🤔. I bought this Wakaba unfiltered sake in the summer and felt it was still young, so I let it sleep in the closet. It has a good balance of flavor, with the punch of unfiltered sake, but without losing the simple country feel of Wakaba. I put it in the closet again, but it was good enough. It's not Wakaba, but Higuchi Shinyo, a triple axel that is anything but rustic! The ROC is still very difficult, but I hope the Japanese will do their best to get on the podium!

I drank Handa Go after reading the comments from others. It does have a yogurt-like mouthfeel, but afterwards it feels like water and is easy to drink. It is not mellow and goes well with Yamachan's spicy food!
