180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

The fifth sake in the lineup was this one, which boasts the lowest sake level of -14. Nishinoseki Nigori Sake. The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.

Unfiltered raw sake & Asahi rice for 2,530 yen including tax is a super deal ‼️ It is not so fresh, but has a refreshing mouthfeel with a slight sense of maturity. The rich umami comes in smoothly, and the finish is crisp and tight. It has a good balance of bitterness, bitterness, and sweetness, and is the type of sake that one does not get tired of drinking as an unfiltered, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.

First drink. Weak fruity feeling that I didn't imagine from the label that has impact. But it is also full. There is a miscellaneous taste (my personal feeling) like the Yamahai brewing style with low rice polishing, but it is a moderate level, so I feel it is unique. It has just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my preference for sweetness. I enjoyed it with a plate of delicious sashimi (´ω).

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. Second stop on the Takayama sake brewery tour. We visited Funasaka Sake Brewery. As usual, the tasting machine took care of us. I chose a junmai ginjo that seemed to suit me from the description. It was described as sweet, but I got the impression that it was medium sweet with no fruity taste. I wonder if it would be a sweet sake in this brewery's lineup? It tasted crisp.
