I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.

🌧☃️ This is the one that I keep coming back to every year. This year, it's origari, and the expectation is MAX❣️! The name of the wine is "Tropical". This year is also pineapple 🍍! But the clearness of Hatan Nishiki covers it very well. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a great wine to drink. mellowness☺️. It's a great wine to drink. I️ love it! Purchased on a business trip to Tokyo to try it. Almost a year later, I finally opened the bottle. It is sweet, with a hint of acidity, maybe the work of wine yeast. Finally, the rice flavor tastes like Koshihikari from Tango. Bats for sure. The 22nd year was brewed with Italian rice called Carnaroli, which I wanted to drink.

I think I had the back label when I first started drinking sake, but I don't have a picture or remember the taste💦. Slightly effervescent and thinly cloudy. Tastes fresh and melon-like to rich and full-bodied. Some dry and bitter nuances. I imagined it to be more peculiar, but it was easy to drink. More modern than classic 🤔. I guess 🤔.
