This building is also full of nostalgic atmosphere. I had my autograph pen at the ready, hoping to have a chance to meet the brewer. But, no luck. No one was there. The tasting fee is only available during peak season," he said. In the end, we bought only a cup of sake and left the brewery. I had a cup of sake! Yes, it is delicious! It has a classic flavor, but it's clean and non-habitual. It also tastes a little sweet. It was gone in no time at all. This looks like it would go great with food.
